· To place an order:
E-mail your requirements and give the details on your order. Once we get your information, we will make a copy of sales contract which goes with our signature for your filing and record;
Or, you can fill an order form and send it to us; then we will confirm it and send it back with a copy of invoice.
·About the Minimum Order Quantity
-MOQ for wedding dress: 5 pieces / style;
-MOQ for prom / evening dress, flower girl dress and other wedding accessories: 20 pieces / style.
-For OEM orders, a trial order the first time is available, but surcharge over the wholesales price will come about.
*One style must be same in Color, but can be different in Size.
· About payment:
-By bank' wire transfer (T/T) or the economical way of Western Union, or by L/C for very big amount.
-For small order(sample order) , 100% T/T was required. Fob big order (amount more than 10000US$) , ask for a deposit of 40% of the amount when an order is concluded. And the balance should be paid off when goods are finished and before made shipment.
· Delivery
- Buyers can assign a qualified Quality Controller to come and do the quality check on products before packing. Or, our controller will do the job for you;
- Production duration: The product time lies on different style and quantity ordered, as usual in 2months.
· Canceling an order
When process on an order is started, buyer shouldn't cancel it. Or, 50% of the amount will be claimed. If buyer cancels partial of an order, 50% cost of the cancelled part will be claimed
